Parade of Lights

A long tradition of mariners adorning their vessels when coming home for the holidays. Using our halyards, we raise LED holiday lights up our sailboats and motorboats and take a slow flotilla around Lake Pleasant. We will meet up at Honeymoon Cove around 4pm then head out sailboats first around 5pm following me in the Catalina 22 with a large pirate flag on the back. We will motor to Scorpion Bay and then back to Pleasant Harbor Marina. Sunset is around 5:30pm and we should end around 6:30pm. We invited motorboaters from Lake Pleasant groups who are excited to join our event which may produce future sailors. We will have a box for donated toys at the marina. Bring some steamy libations to keep you warm and lots of cookies to share.
